Management of the petroleum resources

The special session of the BGS 2009 Congress in Belgrade
will address the theme; the role of the federal agencies in
the petroleum activities in the East Europe. In recent time
the oil industry of the East European countries has been changing
significantly in order to be internationally more competitive.
However, the framework conditions in the petroleum activities
are not regulated adequately
During the morning session of the BGS Congress, industry
experts will highlight key problems of the petroleum administration,
look at the recent experience and organisation solutions in
some countries of this region and finally, discusses the technical
aspects of the data base management, which is necessary to
facilitate the activities of such federal agencies.
